PTO/SB/439 -- Internet Communications Authorization / Withdrawal
Upload ONE USPTO Patent Center bibliographic XML export. Application number, filing date, first
named inventor, and docket number are filled in automatically; the practitioner registration number is
pre-filled and the "attorney or agent of record" box pre-checked. Everything else -- Part I (authorize) vs.
Part II (withdraw), signature, date, typed name, and phone number -- is left blank for you to complete before
signing/filing.
Dry-run mode -- no real email will be sent. Clicking "Send" will show exactly what
would be sent (recipient, subject, attachment) without calling the email provider.
