Upload the application's bibliographic XML (Patent Center). Every value is read from it -- the Notice of Allowance PDF is not needed and, if you add it, it is not read. The blank ptol85b.pdf template is already built in.
Dry-run mode -- no real email will be sent. Clicking "Send" will show exactly what
would be sent (recipient, subject, attachment) without calling the email provider.

from; a field marked CHECK was not settled by the record and must be checked or
typed from the NOA. Download and Send always use whatever is currently in these fields,
not a stale snapshot from when you uploaded.
