Generate a brand-new, not-yet-filed ADS directly from simple facts -- application type, inventors, and optionally an applicant. No source XML or PDF needed. This tool does NOT support benefit or foreign priority claims -- if your application claims priority to or benefit of an earlier application, use ADS from USPTO XML instead.
